icom ic-a110 aircraft transceiver

i would like to know if i could hook up to my radio in the office to a remote spkr & mike by the hanger door 60 feet away using uniden force amy-250 panel with spkr,mike, & volume control? thank you for any help, guest.

I don't have that particular model, but you should be able to remotely use a mic and speaker if you use good quality cables.

60 feet is not a short run, but the mic cable, if it is of good quality, should work okay.

I am not familure with the Uniden panel, but read the manuals that come with it. The critical thing will be the microphone impedance. That should match the radio's input impedance, so check both manuals and make sure they are the same.

Speaker not a problem...Mic run would be the question...use a opc-871 headset adaptor...connects to the back of the radio

I would make sure power source to the radio is overrated...example: (I believe) the 110 needs 5amps to transmit....make sure your power supply is rated at 10 amps or better...or better yet use 15 or 25 amps power supply..

lastly...make sure external speaker is rated at 10 watts input or better....
