TELEPHONE MULTI-PAIR CABLE MONITOR

I have invented a system that helps to track down cable buglars.This system quickly alerts the security men immediately thecable is cut by means loud sound from an electronic siren and visual lamps incorprated in the system. WHERE CAN I HAVE MY CICUIT TRANSFORMED FROM ANALOG TO DIGITAL

Please ask your question more clearly. It doesn't make sense. Got the bit about the invention, but do you want someone to re-design the circuit for you, or what?

Yes.I want someone to re-design the CCT for me because my own CCt was electromechanically using high resistance relay coils and many lamps to indicate the direction from where the cable has been cut.And also I want to supress the rape recorder/player that is been used to announce the cable cut to the manager or security guards with chims etc with a digital board system instead of many lamps.Thanks

Im afraid, its not a new idea for the set,

In china, there was many such sets before 10 years ago. only 3 ymb yuan.

about 0.5usd.
