electromagnetic oscillated coal liquefied reactor

Dear All

Recently I read the article about electromagnetic oscillated coal liquified reactor.

the work of this equipment is to produce crude oil from coal by simplified the long chemical structure of coal . the article said its only using temperature of 200C and Electricity power 8 Volt for 45 minutes. the process will had double functions that of Reduce weight of coal and increase the hydrogen in its chemical structure.

I had tried to contact the Inventor..but he is unreachable.

The article didnt mention How it works..what this equipment consist of etc.

I wonder wether someone could help me explain about this equipment and how it works..
