I want to know if there are machines available to deburr the inside diameter of a 1.25" diameter, 14 gage tube made of CRS.

It depends on the quality required and quantity. There are expensive machines that will do numerous pieces , to shot blasting, to small hand tools. The cheapest and most handy that I used in a small machine shop was to simply sharpen the tip of a triangular hand file to 3 knife edges. A quick swipe with this would de-burr anything and leave a beveled edge.

A cleaner more professional result can be done with reamers. a lot of pipe cutting tools have either a manual or automatic reamer built in.
