why die is to be more harder than punch and how much is to be

Presumably beacause it's easier to re-make the punch tool? So the punch can be made to take the brunt of the wear...

it k but punch is maintained at 58-60HRC and die is maintained at 60-62HRC what the 2HRC going to make the difference
