where can i get all the NEC codes?

You cannot download the NEC for free, it is a copyrighted publication.

If you cannot afford to purchase it, you can view it on-line from this section of that website:

http://www.nfpa.org/freecodes/free_access_agreement.asp?id=7005SB

You must agree to the license, then you will be able to view the index and pages. When viewing, you will be disabled from copying the text, so it is ONLY for viewing.
