coz every body violates the quality norms at this final stage .

You have a tough job on your hands. If you are in charge you can only stop each process which is in violation. The big question is, will your bosses put up with the delays and expense or do they tacitly support the violations?

Only by stopping every violation as it is observed will you win an understanding that 'on your shift it's done right or not all'.

Thanks for responding my query . I do agree withur comments .Definitely my boz is not goin to cop-up wit my suggestions in tat occasions .But in tat occasion it gives a discomfort and no jobsatisfaction in my career. So wat's the meaning of quality control as it is get deviated in all circumstances .

First, when you hire someone, tel to the person what you expect from him. Exactly, not by uncertain way. Be very pricise that you want to do that and only that. If the person accept to do it, keep. If the person fails, fire. You have all rights to get the performance when you describe at the start. Later is too late. You have to start everything the way you want, precisely explain it, and you have a good chance to get what you want. I am not talking honesty, I tell you to be precise to be able to protect your wants and needs.

For example, when my customer asks for a certain colour, I cannot produce any other colours than what is asked. My worker need to undrstand that he/she needs to produce what is asked. Any other way, you have no satisfied customer and no business at all.
