Plastic thermoforming or vacuum forming

Need help finding a small vacuum forming machine to make a product approx 15"x15" by 3" deep with 3/16" ABS plastic. Phoenix, Arizona U.S.A.

We have a couple of machines in use at this site that might be what you are looking for. Go to www.stratasys.com and look for their FDM units. This is not an endorsement but is some in use here.

You didn't note whether you need this for production or hobby. Regardless, do an online search and you will find many available.

May be the $$$ signs are blurring your vision...it states 3/16" ABS!
