Cryogenic Vaccum Tank

we are manufacturer of pressure vessals we want to know complete technical assitance for menufacturing of vacumed jecket Co2 cryogenic tank capacity of co2 50000 kg storage & 20000 kg for transported container .

we want specification such as steel grad, post heat treatment both vessales,nozzel fitting, specification of reinforcment insulating ring outer shell to iner shell etc acording to ASME standerd

It would be helpful to know what country you're in. They may have their own code books and requirements.

If your customers are in different countries, those countries may have different code requirements.

18 years ago when I worked for a company that did pressure vessels for the rendering industry, each pressure vessel was inspected twice. Once during tack-up and once during hydro testing.

Our welders had to pass tests before welding on pressure vessels.

A good place to start is with your government to find out what their code requirements are.

The steel grades, heat treatment, nozzle fittings, etc. will be determined by your engineer who will do the necessary calculations.

So what is the engineering part that YOU will do if we feed you all of the technical specification steel grade, heat treatment schemes, nozzle fit, insulation reinforcement etc according to ASME codes?

The cheque cashing part?

You want an online forum to be the engineer of record?
