Electric Motorcycle

I have planned to buy a electric motorcycle. I want to know selecting criteria to select a electric vehicle. could any one guide me on this? and tell me its good choice?

That and how much you have in your bank account. There are some out there that cost a lot and have unbelievable power. However if your looking for an economical cost of commuting, don't go for the BIG Power but don't go for something that you wish you had gotten a little larger.Especially if used on the highway. If it's for around town, go small and light.

might be an idea to check your local regulations,

electric pushbikes here in australia are limited to 200W without getting all the compliance testing as per a motorcycle, ie lighting, horns and crash testing. doesn't mean you can't buy them though .. just have to wear the $1500 fines if caught riding one.

I'm not sure what laws we have in place for electric motorcycles, apart from the ridiculous rego costs we have for any bikes (compulsory 3rd party).
