In Latinamerica Kepler Weber has the technical monopoly of cereal mills. As Zaccaria holds the 70% of the Brazilian market and Kepler Weber holds about an estimated 60%, both together determine what is to do in cereal milling.
It is true, there are other more technical advanced, like Satake and GSI, but their market share is far behind. The problem is: I have to coordinate with my suppliers of perforated steel sheets, steel wire meshes and steel tubes to give my customers spare parts compatible with the equipments they already own.
KW and Zaccaria ARE the standard of the market and I have to deal with it. So, have any of you access to the catalogues and/or manuals of Kepler Weber? I represent Zaccaria in Uruguay, so I don't need its literature.
Most of all:
Which are the perforations and the related open areas used in the cleaning and classifying machines?
To all of you my Latinamerican colleagues...
Why don't we start standardizing this?
