	does anyone have a good book on this (preferrably step by step). ? Secondly, for acid plants. Tanks/towers studies, should the max. operating/design/dead heads/ or dead heads pressures be used for pumps in determining the PRV. Help ...

	To answer the first part of your question, API 520/521 is a good resource.
