Looking for marine duty fasteners

06/29/2008 8:31 PM

I guess from the two immediate replies to my message, I didn't explain my question well. What I meant to ask is if anyone knows of a simple, cheap gizmo which can be substituted for the existing stainless steel snap fasteners which are part of the canvas cover of my boat.

Cheap, simple and (possibly) brilliant-and brief, besides!

I found "industrial strength, waterproof" Velcro for $20 for 15' and ordered some.
