What? you want to drill two holes at once? Side by each or one on top of other? Perhaps if you explained yourself better we could give you better answer.

Start with a set of CAD drawings. With drawings in hand the machining of each part can be easily ascertained.

Plastic lenses are cast. Glass lenses are rough pressed and final ground to shape.

Aluminium parts may be machined from solid stock or diecast to near final dimensions.

What no instructions or manual came with your cobalt lens generator??
