You can perhaps get ideas from others and then start working wherever you are. You can also join some near by real industrial training. What exactly you want should be known to you, hence, plan it and take help.

Where are you located? If you are near Gwalior, India, then you can join our education program for engineers to get industrial training. You can do almost anything that is industrial or research and is of our interest to be a live industrial project work.

There are many industrial automation, home automation projects available in the market. U can just think of any automation. For example think of coffee vending machine, it is an automation. Using microcontrollers u can design and automate any thing on the earth. There are some cheap microcontrollers available in the market like PIC microcontrollers from Microchip. For more information contact me.

Good Idea. Unfortunately engineers in India have only US$100-500 level finance for project and this machine will be minimum US$2000 level as per my estimates. Am I right?

It is true, the real saleable product costs very high. The college demo projects can be manufactured very cheap. The microchip microcontrollers are costing only few hundred rupees ( approx - Rs 200/-). The cross compilers and assemblers are free on the internet. The microcontroller programmers are very cheap in the market again few hundreds approx - Rs 1500/-. Lotz of online material for programming is available on the internet. The associated peripherial interfacing chips and other hardware costs around another Rs 2000/-. The total college demo project can be build within Rs 5000/-, ie around US $ 150/-. This is affordable i belive. Harish.N

Dear Harish,

I can buy your idea if you can prove that, it can be built for Rs.5000/-. Let me say, I can finance that, and if I ask you to get involved and let me have two such machines built than can I get two machines for Rs.10000/- payment?

I will like to take your help to teach my students to build this. Can it be done in 3-5 days? How do you intend to propose that it can be done. I can invite you to my class. I can pay for your travel, and will arrange hotel stay and will pay for few machines that Rs.5000/- per machine.

Where do you live in India? Can you come to Gwalior for what I have written? Will you mind helping students. I will be financing this if they if they can learn fthis idea rom you. I will say it will be great thing to do.

If you share your Rs.5000/- design in details with others also here in CR4, then perhaps many others also can gain from your expertize. Can you talk about its design in details or do you have a link for information?

Non intutive is everything that has no idea to start on its on. You can call it a manual process.

Redundant process - redundancy is reliability in purformance time and time again.

Repetitive - means that job is done multiple time.

All NC and CNC processes are of this form. Nail making machine. Tea leaf processing machine and sugar mil, milk processing plants and refinaries etc.

Also simple ON/OFF temperature control with or without feedback.
