DC starter for shunt motor

I have to offer DC starter for 8KW DC Shunt motor at 220 VDC. The stater has 2 step resistor cutting with the help of timer type. I just want to know simple circuit operation diag. Also values of main contactor & resistor cutting contactor ratings to be considered.MCCB will be used for protection.

Can somebody help me pl.
