EMBEDDED SYSTEMS TRAINING

07/06/2008 1:05 AM

Embedded systems are the key to success for engineers and scientists. After training, you will find yourself more suitable to take up challenging task in industry, nuclear and space technology, bio-medical technology, environmental protection, disaster management, weather monitoring and defense applications. There is really no field of science and technology where embedded systems have not made very high impact.

Learning from highly experienced experts is different from learning in colleges and road side training classes. Experts understand the technology very well and use it each day in solving complex problems. Technology alone is not enough for you. You need ideas to start far ahead from others to be seen ahead of others. Experts are really far ahead of others and to know their way of thinking you need to join then and learn.

We are aiming to put India ahead of all other countries in the world. Putting you ahead of others, we will succeed in our goal and this will also be a success story of you. Give us your just five days and we will make it to happen. You will remember it.

Training days are Saturday and Sunday 2-days in a week for this program. All participants will get one free embedded system hardware and few free sensors from program sponsors.

This training is meant for engineering students in India and costs very little. In INR 10000 or US$250 registration fee, engineers get hardware, free food and free local transport along with training of 8 + 8 = 16 hours in two days. It is a well planned extensive training in hardware, software and direct use practical applications for beginners. I have received some sample gifts of sensors from many sponsors of the programs and these come as free gifts to the participants.

I will like to run similar program in UK, USA, Canada, Australia and other countries also, if there is some interest from educational institutes. It is like a road show and complete involvement of the students in learning by experiments. I did try it in Singapore with very good response from young students.

Right now program is for diploma and degree level students in India and I will also like to try special program for high school students.

Students are gifted embedded system hardware, sensors and software to carry it to their home and they can continue experimenting at home also. Short training period and specially arranged on holidays is to avoid long break in their existing educational class. Teachers / lecturers also learn to teach and demo experiments in their class and can also use in their research.

It is a highly evolving training program, that I am continuously experimenting for the last 30 years. It is made simple but very effective in communicating engineering skills and ideas that are of real use at work and in generating new ideas.

I also have another program WSC-2008 which is of 5 days and registration fee is INR 15000 or US$360.

In India there is 12.5% service tax by the Government of India on all registration fee collected. This fee collected by me is actually used for embedded system hardware parts, arranging local transport, food for the participants and some payment to invited highly experienced guest trainers.
