Efficiency of Worm and Bevel Gear Engagement

My new project is a design of transmission which is utilized in vehicle seating. In order to reduce the volume, worm and bevel gear is an optimum proposal.Here is some restrictions:

center distance a=20mm, reduction ratio=50:1,worm tip circle=9mm

After the calculation,the module is 0.65,the lead angle is 4.83 degrees and the pressure angle is 17.9 degrees. Moreover,the efficiency is 52% as I calculate it as worm and worm gear engagement. But the point is that the material of bevel gear is plastic, so I could not make sure whether my result is accurate. Besides that I also wondering which is the most significant factor to affect the efficiency?

Lead angle, pressure angle or friction coefficient? which one?

Besides that I also wondering which is the most significant factor to affect the efficiency?

Which one significantly effects each of the other two?

My concern is the efficiency!

these three factors may all have bad contribution to efficiency.But I couldnt assure which one is the most?
