What is an RLT?

hey u guys can help me sort this out? my ques that i have seen a device RLT along with RMU for 11kv goint to substation?What is an RLT and how does it function?

My best guess would be for remote monitoring and control of the switchgear at the substation.

no idea what the acromyns actually stand for though.
