CONTROL CIRCUIT

I NEED AN AUTOMATIC MAINS FAILURE PANEL ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT DIAGRAM TO CONTROL TWO GENERATORS AND ONE MAINS WITH EXPLANATION.

1) The use of all capital letters (what happens when you hit the "Shift" or "Caps Lock" keys) is considered shouting on most Internet forums. This one is no exception to that rule of thumb.

2) "Homework Assignments" are meant for the student to do so that they LEARN the subject matter by way of completing the required task.

3) We all "NEED" certain things. Unless I'm wrong, you need to do your homework.

There are too many variables and liabilities involved to just give you some drawings that might not apply. If you cannot design it yourself, you will not be able to make it work. Hire a competent local engineer and you will save money at the end.
