Kindly figure me the formula for capacitance value selection for power factor correction depending upon the load requirements or give me the chart if available.

You need the KVA, KW and KVAR.

KVA² = KW² + KVAR²

Power Factor = Kw/kva

it depends on som factors if you want to move from one power factor Pf1 to desired pf2. active load P (KW meter reading)

see table below, for standard calculation.
