The output of a loadcell is milliVolts and is dependant on type/model, excitation voltage and load range. Generally you would buy a device (load cell transmitter) to both excite the cell and read the milliVolt output, and then give a standard output signal say 4-20mA or 1-5V which could be connected to a PLC with the appropriate input card. If you are really desperate and can tolerate destroying the odd cell, you could make up a mV bridge circuit (bit like a Wheatstone Bridge) and the resultant milliVolt output could be fed into a PLC mV input card.... you must have a constant power supply and rather high input impedance at the PLC card. Hope that helps

The output of weighing load cell is mv/V. and as it is replied earlier it mainly depends upon the exitation voltage. To connect it to PLC use wheatstone bridge. Better you can use the Schenck make weighing scales. You can use the following link.
