I'm not anywhere near UAE but I'm quite sure, if you approach that country's government ministry in charge of trade or the local chamber of commerce you'll get help.

You could also contact Junxion directly to see where their partners are. It is a US based company, but they appear to have partners overseas; however, they don't post that information on their web site (that I could find)
