guide me

I am working at the transmission & distribution grid station as a assistant operator. while during my job I have passed the diploma of associate electrical engineering with good marks.

I an also doing the certification in ' fiber optical cable jointing'.

Please what I have to do for my best and about any job.

continue to groom yourself for a plant maintenance engineer. Don't worry about fibre splicing... millions of people can do that job, and few need it done.

Expand your work experience so you can do everyones job including your bosses.

Companies that push certification may be great to work for, but they may also be quite the opposite..

When I was working for a company and finally got my degree in electronics.. they viewed me as a potential burden they would ask for a raise..

... I just wanted to be paid more since my work kicks ass.

All they did was raise my hours... I then raised my middle finger and left.
