160 KVA will be good enough. Max motor you can start of 50HP having star-delta starter.

In my opinion even 125 kVA set will suffice,provided the loads are smaller.

On a 160 kVA DG set you can easily start 80 hp motor on dol mode and 120 hp on star delta mode and not as mentioned.

the approximations given by respected members are quite fine for more selective choice all u need to check the power factor and the required kva.suppose u have power factor of 0.7 than for connected load of 120 hp the kva=120*.750/.7.also u need to specify the individual maximum load.
