Is thre any standard or practice of colour coding cable trays ?If so details Please.

If there is a standard, you might find it on the Cable Tray Institute website. In their FAQ section, they link to the NEMA standards for Cable Trays.

Cablofil offers the standard finishes, plus a black powder coat, and custom finishes, if requested.

We just finishing builiding a 180 Million Dollar Highspeed Sheet rock plant in Norfolk Va, we started with the 11kv mains on the top Cable tray with Red Cables and large yellow 11000 VAC sticker made on a highend lable maker, the next tray was 480VAC tray, the the 3rd lower tray was all 24vdc, fiber and control net cables, if you have to mix cables they all need to carry the rating of the highest voltage rated cable, all these listed in the NEC's
