Building houses with steel stud reinforced Expanded polystyrene

09/18/2006 11:07 PM

Does anyone know the best EPS multi wire cutter to buy?

I have been searching the web for higher production EPS cutter the has X-Y capacity. . I am the technical arm of a group the has a number of Lebanonese-Canadians. Of course they have very good business contacts in their native country and there is at present a great need for all building in south Lebanon. We are particularly interested in the fast production of housing. The venture is mostly humanitarian but must be business based. The reason I am telling you all this is that I have only cut EPS in the studio for design models and the like, consequently know nothing of high production cutting and would like your expert advice one which companies to look for the most efficient machine for the job? I am going to Poland to see the MegaPlot machines next week. We are also looking at the Croma machine. so what do you think? The attached website www.polycorecanada.com/home/index.php shows a similar product to the one we wish to fabricate. Looking forward to your response. Lance

I read your message on CR-4 de Globaltec. WE HAVE WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR.

Our enterprise develop panel for roof, walls, steel structure integrated to polystyrene reinforced, structural insulated panels , for application industrial, commercial, residential.

We have the knowledge and the expertise for fabricating pannels 8 to 12 feet wide by any lenght, structure base in wood or steel, with light siding but very strong.

We have all you need, we are small business but with big potential... our system could be transport in container, we could add different finish on the outside of de pannels.

We have the designing, and engeenering expertise.

We been developping in steel and wood pannels for 20 years.

Our building could even support overhead crane in industrial building if needed.

I think you are gone spend to much money, for the same result we can fabricate for penny...i know it sound flashy, but it'is true because i developped and build house to 40000 square feet building with no money in my pocket.

I see a very potential venture, i am sending you some picture of an industrial building we put up in Quebec, these building have a seperate structure from the wall, but we can integrating the structure in the pannel if necessary in industrial, as for housing, the SIP's are structural panel.

I hope i open your mind in a new way of doing thing. If you want to know more, il be glad to speak with you.
