We are a small engineering company, involved at present in the design and fabrication of unmanned remote repeater stations and cellular Phone cells, protection system against Vandalism in Chile, South America.
We would like to have a contact with someone who can teach us how to manufacture OC gas (Oleoresin Capiscum), set a small scale manufacturing facility and loading it into a small (extinguisher type) 500CC canisters, To act as a consultant engineer. Must have a proven experience in this field.
