Automotive plastic bumpers

Which process is most cost effective in separating the paint from the plastic for recycling, what kind of systems are available out there.

Hi

try this...

radiator shops use an alkiline solution to remove paint from brass radiators in the past it was caustic soda...try them and see if it works..it does here

There muct be a bigger market for recycled plastice since the price of oil went up . Clean Plastic anyways.

I read about people using ground up Hickory Nut Shells instead of sand to blast off the paint with high pressure air. It removes the paint without damaging the plastic.

How about using plastic chips instead of the shells? Screen the paint chips and all else is recyclable.
