Mitutoyo Roundness Tester

Dear All,

I m facing some problems in Mitutoyo roundness tester(2nd Hand) model no Ra114.

From last three to four years it was just placed in a corner and in the mean time the catalogue was also missed. Now i need to start but after connecting all the accessories, its LCD was not glowing.

As i dont have user manual so i m unable to start.

Could any one provide me some technical tips as well as its manual in PDF form.

One of the possibilities is that its battery has gone flat. So the first step is to renew the battery.

Try contacting the manufacturer who is still selling these.

Dear i have already downloaded the product information from websites of manufacturer.

I also have enquired from manufacturer and they are not entertaining due to 2nd hand purchasing.

I still need manufacturer Operation's Manual for inhouse maintenance.

Sorry the manufacturer was not better help. That seems really odd since they will ultimately make money from any parts you require. Were you talking to a salesman, or support staff?

Try the sites from other countries . or go up the chain of command. (write a letter to the boss)
