You've asked the same question four times in four days. Please be patient.

Mr Moose,

For your kind information I ask this question for two times only in the first time i ask only raft and not specifically write that for which thing next time i specifically write the RAFT for blast furnace .

So, sorry for your inconvenience faced by you

I think that you have it backwards, sir, if you are injecting these things through the tuyere, then they will effect the depth and shape of the raceway and the distribution of gas and heat in the raceway zone. As well as turbulence in the flow, and

I am not sure that it would be adiabatic as I understand the term as that means without heat, and I see that these injectants could in fact provide heat in the tuyere stream... as well as absorb heat by melting changing phase vaporising etc.

I personally believe that the primary determinant of raceway temperature is the coke particle size at the tuyere,(at a given wind velocity) but Thats my personal opinion. Critical to your work, you do not want to interfere with raceway locus such that the zone departs from the direction of the center of the hearth /burden mass, and approaches the sides of the furnace/refractory.

Tuyeres are designed for a reason.

Why you want to inject water or steam into a blast furnace should be the subject of a really good discussion some day... Far away from the furnace that you would like to do that to.

Frankly I understand injection of tar but the others just seem to me to be needlessly endangering your crew, adding variability to your process, and to your final analysis. Adding sh*t for "apparent btu value" is not necessarily a good deal, and the safety issues of these materials around a furnace gives me grave concerns.

Is it possible to use this formula for RAFT:

Flame_temperature:=1559,0+0,839*Blast_temperature-6,033*MOISTURE

IF THERE IS NO ANY INJECTION OF o2 OR pic
