Aerotech BA Intellidrive MMI Windows XP Error

Hi, I've been trying to make the MMI for the BAI to work on my computer but I keep receiving an error everytime I connect to the BAI, the MMI can find the BAI and connects to it but then this error pops up "run-time error '6': overflow" I have been trying to fix this problem and I don't know what can I do, I already tried with 3 different computers and with 2 different BAIs but I keep getting the same error message. I have to configure a group of BAIs for next week and I need the software working so I can do that, does anybody has an idea of what can I do to solve this problem? Thanks
