Recycled mineral oil is the cheapest base for blending lubricants, particularly ATF. I don't know what is 150N, but there are pretty inexpensive base oils, or recycled (re-refined) bases for that purpose.

If you don't want to spend 150N in a base stock because your volume is small, buy the cheapest engine oil SAE 5, or 5W-10, or the cheapest hydraulic oil R&O ISO 32 and that will be a good base to blend an ATF.

Good luck
