Once occurs to me a method,was not tested by me at least:of course everything disconnected.A weight with an arm clamped to some shaft:measure the period then get the inertia moment.without fixing to the armature, measure again later clamping it to the armature shaft and deduce the inertia moment you look for.Is possible pendulum theory first year at college be useful for something?.
