Start-Up Problem Komatsu FD35T-7 Forklift

i have a problem with my forklift. Last week a completely new alternator was installed because the other has its regulators burnt out. However, just last night, the forklift is facing start-up problems again. Can i get your expertised views to remedize this fault.

Look for a little wire near the starter that forms a loop on the same plug. Often that wire burns out and even a new alternator will not charge.

I have the same problem with a JCB 930 forklift..S# 0662717..We replaced ring gear and when they put starter back in, I think the wires were hooked up wrong and we toasted a new alternator. Would like correct wiring diagram if possible.
