where can i buy a modern titration apparatus to easily detect the TBN of the marine lubricants that i am producing?

Currently I am using burette, and old style lab apparatus in getting TBN, but seems to be missing certain procedure that failed to get a good TBN result, anyone who has a step by step procedure to test a Total Base Number of a marine oil?
