Please explain me the "Cable Sizing" Step By Step in a LV, MV, HV and EHV Power Systems.

Engineering consultancy services do not come cheap. Try your local university for a course or consult your site electrician or engineer.

If this is a school project, try a google search, refer to local wiring standards, or refer to numerous other threads posted on CR4 on the subject.

If a basic answer is all you want - Size cables for required current taking into account volt drop over distance of cable run and de-rating factors.

Is it a colledge project or actual field work you are intending to do.

please do not attempt actual field work with the type of questions you are asking ,consultant will be a better choice.

generally you need to take in to account the derating factors ,the lenght of cables run and the actual load and some field experiance to work out the cable sizing

There is comprehensive advice elsewhere in CR4 on this topic, making this thread borderline duplicate.

Please refer to the standard applicable in the country of installation, which in the UK is British Standard 7671. If in doubt, consult a qualified local Electrician.
