Not simple! you can find your IP changes every time you surf on net

Thats because public net, cut to short. the sever arrange a temp IP for you every tiem automatically.

once you use a relay line. you can get a fix IP number. but it will be very expensive. and will waste net resource if you own this domain by yourself.

Then you have to asign your ISP to direct your internet to this service so that it always appears to have the same IP address.
