if you are a contractor you can contact your local carrier dealer to get access to the HVAC partners website. Unfortunately carrier restricts access for the most part to the professional literature to contractors (Carrier , Bryant , Payne). I seem to recall a website for technicians sponsored by carrier however I do not believe it has access to all the literature. If you can supply a specific model number I may be able to download the literature. I would have to see if I can remember the password as they require you to change them frequently , unfortunately I am currently not with the shop that I set up the account with, and I doubt they will be nice enough to supply me with the password.
