Can anybody help me out, regarding the electrical calculation of rated current of Al & Cu busbar.

Hi,

First the Equipement needs to be finalised. Then the rated current & SC current will be known dwpending on the Load. then only we can decide about the cross section of the Busbar. It may be Copper or Alumimum. The Current density of these two materials differs. Copper with lesser cross section size will carry the same current of Aluminum Busbar with Higher Cross Size.
