I'm not sure, it appears that you can not read small type, so you probably can't read any meter readings.

P.S. Try not shouting, you'll actually get real answers. (Shouting is when you talk in ALL CAPS, it is very annoying and painful on the eyes.

Existing KWH meter has CT with primary current rating 40A. If CT primary rating changed to 60A, KWH meter definitely can not give correct reading. Please change CT in your equipment or premises suitable to 60A. If KWH meter is with built-in CT, KWH meter has to be changed.

Hello,

The CT secondary current alone is relevant for Metering. This has been stndardized as either 1 A secondary for EHT application, 5 A secondary for LT application. The Primary Current of 60 A, 600 A , X A is depending on the current carrying capacity of the busbar, equipemnt that has been designed & chosen.

N.Suresh

  1. Please turn off Caps Lock. Many readers consider it to be akin to SHOUTING, and very rude.
  2. Arrange to have the kWh meter replaced with one of higher capacity.
