What are the standard capacities of cylinders will be there?

For Examaple in Nitrogen cylinder, How much Nitrogen volume can be stored in terms of m3/hr

Eh? M3 at normal temperature and pressure can be arrived at using PV=nRT (nitrogen is a close approximation to Boyle's Law's "Ideal Gas"). So where does time enter into any reckoning?
