how to select Fuse rating for induction Motor( 3 phase 415V) protection???

The fuses do not protect the motor. The fuse provides short ckt protection. The overloads provide protection for the conductors and the motor.

run the motor on max load take the current readings and add 20 % max to get the best protection setting for your motor o/l the fuse are normally for Short circuit protection and can be rated upto 3 times the maximum motor current or a delay fuse can be used for motor starting.
