How the Corrosion alloawance is related underground vessels, mounded bullet ?

Dear Sir,

We would like to know that how the Corrosion alloawance is related underground vessels, mounded bullet ? Whether operating temperature of the equipments will affect / place vital role in the corrosion of the same ?

you have to give more info to have a reply... what's the material of vessel? what's the fluid?...
