Duct cleaning method

Any body can advice me how to clean the supply air duct from inside because due to humidity fungus and mould are developed in side the duct.

Check your local phone book / yellow-pages under "Duct Cleaning"

Depending on where you are there should be numerous professional companies with the right equipment (vacuum trucks/filters/ducting "roto-rooters"/etc....)
