visual inspection tools needed

Dear Sir

We would like to introduce our company to u .We are scuba air service .We are visual inspection and hydrostatic test center for scuba cylinder (alum and steel)

We just pass IDEST course for visual inspection and hydrostatic test.

We ask for the following tools and machine to build our test center properly

1- Hydrostatic test machine for 400 bar test pressure with water jacket for single cylinder offer including manual and automatic control method.

2- The following thread gauge

3/4-14 NPSM Plug Gauge GO NO GO

3/4-14 NPSM Ring Gauge GO

3/4-14 NPSM Ring Gauge NO GO

2- Bore scope & gauge can go inside valve cylinder hall with dimension 2 cm. cm

To go inside the cylinder for 68 cm length deep to see and measure dents, pits and corrosion in the bottom of cylinder and the wall side the dimension of cylinder 20 cm

3- ultrasonic thickness gauge to measure aluminum & steel thickness metal

4- special key tools to install and remove valve on top of cylinder
