After studying energy issues for several years, I have come to the conclusion that there is no energy crisis. There are energy issues though. They relate to:
1. Does global warming exist?
2. How much does mankind have to do with it?
3. Is it a bad thing?
4. Are the oceans rising? How fast?
5. How much more do we want to spend, worldwide, to decrease pollution?
6. Are alternative energy technologies mature enough to survive without government
subsidies? ( Especially if we stop subsidizing nuclear, petroleum, and coal). My preference.
7. The need to convert/produce large percentages of vehicles to electric, natural gas/methane, hydrogen, etc.
8. Can governments cooperate in developing and trading energy.
What do you think?
