Any body help to find load calculation for clean rooms application.
any software available particularly for clean rooms.
i required particularly for Pharma Industry
You could do the load calculation by using ASRAE Sheet (ACRI- chart) manually.
The software which i have used is TRACE LOAD - 700;its available online with trade name TRANE.
It will depend on many variables including required air changes, your location, the number of people, equipment heat generation, type of lighting.
If you know what your ventilation fans are rated at and you require 100% outside air, the peak load is
Tons=1.08*cfm*(TOA-TSA)/12000 where TOA is hottest outside temp and TSA is supply temp.
If you want to know your load over the whole year, I'd recommend something like eQuest to model the building.
