looking for infrared camera

hi all!

I'm looking for infra red camera for examination of pipes, electric wires, cracks at buildings.

temp. range : -10 to 70 Celsius deg.

does someone can tell me from his own experience which camera to buy & what are the important parameters which need to be examine?

If you're looking to sense temperature, we have a hand held Fluke Ti20 thermal imager that we love.
