Manufacturing Process of Submersible Motor

If there any one suggest me about manufacturing process of submersiblemotor. And what are the new technology developed manufacturing ofsubmersible motor.

well, a motor that runs submerged must do it one of three ways.

1 A sealed unit, with a magnetic coupler to take the work outside. You can also used triple "O" ring seals. A lot depends on the fluid and if it can be sealed for a long period. Some polar/corroxive fluids and high particulate fluids quickly penetrate seals.

A 1000 feet depth, seals need to be well engineered to last.

2 A unit that runs in the fluid, fully immersed with all wiring sealed and no brushes/slip rings. Due to viscosity of the fluid, speeds are limited, and the fluid must not attack any of the components.

3 A unit that runs in another fluid that is at full fluid pressure, but connected to the ourside fluid by a path that allows pressure to equalize, but prevent fluid flow. Yu might use kerosine and it is lighter than water and thus will not exit an equaliztion path at the bottom. Again, viscosity limits the max RMP.

All three of the above are used.
